The only thing that worries me are those long shots by Weber. That guy has a cannon for a shot.

Put Suter and McDonagh out there for at least 30 minutes. They can handle it. The JVR/Pavelski/Kessel line is the best line in the tournament.

I'm not worried about this match up. Canada has more individual talent, but the USA is playing a lot better than Canada.

Damn shame Im gonna have to listen to it via radio whilst at work. The whole goddam country will half ass it for those three hours.

Clearly USA has been playing better. The Croz, Toews, Marleau and Perry are due for some goals......

I'm Canadian and not really feeling confident we can beat the USA. Some people say in a more "NHL style game" that Canada could still have an advantage...in my mind the USA has beaten stronger opponents in more convincing fashion.

If Canada does lose I'll be cheering for the USA. Both because I know more Americans than Swedes or Finns or whoever and as a Leafs fan it'd be cool for Kessel and JVR to get a gold medal and actually be big contributors and not just bit parts.

2-0 lead with 3 minutes left THEN take two penalties in OT? they deserved to lose. They outplayed Canada for 57 minutes.

What's the record for TOI in an Olympic Hockey game? I think Bylsma should try to test that record with Suter and McDonagh. Put those guys out there for at least 30 minutes tomorrow. I don't think there are two players in the entire tournament who are playing better defensively. A few other defenseman are putting up some impressive point totals, but those two have been as solid as anyone defensively in the Olympics.

Canada's depth is taking over in this game right now.

I blame this performance right now on Dan Bylsma's inability to adjust. Canada constantly has built a wall of 3 defenders when USA goes on the rush and all we do is ice it or are one and done in the zone. Constantly out-manned by Canada down low, we are scared of their breakout speed. This looks like the Russia game except Canada is much better at defending against us on the power play. Just sad, really. There is a reason Bylsma has choked in the last two playoff appearances with the best offensive roster in the game. Tying this game will take an incredible individual effort from someone.

Canada way too fast and way too deep. Cant blame the coach. Not enough fire power for US. Where the fuck was Kane this tourney by the way?

I can indeed blame the coach. Zero adjustments made in the third period more one and done in Canada's zone. Only change he made was swapping players in and out for one another. Constantly out-manned by Canada down low. Callahan is literally saying it right now, and how fast they were in transition. Patrick Kane was pathetic in this tournament as he just stick handles east and west and never pushes the puck up the ice. Canada's offensive prowess with their defensemen was ultimately the difference...but Sweden should be able to handle them. Go Sweden

Kane can deke around in the NHL, but not against Olympians. He is all finesse and would dog it when he lost the puck. Anyone could see that. Kessell looked like our only offensive player. Where was Pavelski?

Good game fellas. It's always close between these two.

I picked Sweden to win prior to the tourney hope I'm wrong.
