I counted 2007 onwards because it is 5 years now. 5 years is a long time to follow the strategy the Jets have been using. It's also the first draft in which Tannenbaum used the Bradway strategy of consolidation and trading up and it's the beginning of a 5 year period in which the Jets have never actually made the picks of a normal draft. 5 years of 6 picks or less and more than half the drafts at 4 or less is why the Jets depth is so bad.
