It's not about wins and losses considering that Woody and co has conceded that this season will be a wash. If the team plays well in a losing effort and say go 5-11 or 6-10. Rex will keep his job. If the team looks like they are tuning Rex out then he'll be gone.

    Exactly Right.

Depending on the slotting, theyre set up for a one and done in the playoffs.

One of the most important signs is already there.

    The regular Miami overhype....

How can you take a team that won 6 with no offense whatsoever,Lost the alleged "best defensive player in the game" and be looking down?

Newsflash- I said granted we haven't drafted yet. Also, I'm strictly talking about the offense. Goodson and Colon vs. Moore Slauson Keller Greene. Sorry, I don't see these as improvements. I like the addition of MM but Sanchez is still the one out there throwing the ball and making decisions. How would you rank the offense currently among NFL teams?

Funny....yesterday, on Mike and Mike during their pre-draft coverage, Mel Kiper called the NY Jets "A glorified expansion team." and "The worst Team in the NFL."..........

Pandering to the inbred Patriot fans who want to circle jerk around calling Jets a "CIRCUS" and "EMBARRASSMENT TO THE NFL"

that is just absolute nonsense. but he is no different than other dick suckers like Skip Bayless -- he has to say shit that gets people's attention. he doesn't have to be right, because nobody holds him accountable for his prediction. he just has to get people to listen.

Our new gm has done exactly what was needed. I think our scenario now is to bite the bullet so we can come back full tilt after reload. Decisions made for short term success are a thing of the past. We will acquire a shitload of picks this draft as one or two guys won't matter. Rex needs to coach these kids up and keep his mouth shut or he will be gone.

There is a ton of oline/safety depth this yr which plays right into trade down scenarios. Maybe we finally get our qb in rnd 2. Fuck all the haters there is a new sheriff in town and IMO we are right on track.

Well, as long as they grasp the offense, they get the Pats thursday after a sunday game. Perfect spot to steal one....

    They could start out 2-0.

NE, will not have time, or film to break down the offense.

to be honest, we are probably one of the worst teams in the NFL right now. But why does it matter where we rank in April BEFORE the draft? It doesn't.

The thing with the Jets is that are so many variables to what can happen next season and we have only gone through the first variable, Revis isn't on the team. The next one is this draft and what we do. Then that starts the domino chain
