"You didn't get this fat by eating salads, you fat lying piece of shit." I do a great Dr. Now in real life.
Anything from this guy? Or the Jets brass on him? They’ve done a great job largely ignoring anything to do with him.
we went from the worst o-line in the NFL to an average one in 1 season and thats with an injury to our LT. he also somehow upgraded the RG spot for pretty much nothing in the middle of the season. thats pretty impressive
Thats a good point G&C. I'm not sure if Dr. Tardiff is a long term solution but he's really seemed to stop the bleeding. Even if the Jets manage to get a draft pick or a bigger name FA somewhere I hope he's part of the team next season.
I heard he will start to do some on field drills this week, and would be out. I suppose see how the drills go. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Cimini reported today that Saleh had no update on Becton. He's 11 weeks out when the original return estimation was just eight weeks.
Reminder that we passed on an elite star WR for a LT who can’t get on the field let alone stay on the field, and his replacement has played just as well if not better.
I’m not sure if this coaching staff or organization has a weird dickhead vendetta when they don’t like someone, but this same stuff with injuries and dog housing guys over it was happening when Gase was here with Enunwa and some others. We had a bunch of NFLPA complaints and everyone assumed it was just because Gase was a schmuck. Becton’s been out for almost three full months and the head coach passes on an update? Mosley basically tossed the entire staff under the bus with the not being prepared for Minshew stuff. Hmm..
Remember Kelechi Osemele? He was the first move Douglas made on the job. https://bleacherreport.com/articles...ly-sent-blank-kelechi-osemele-mris-to-doctors
That’s the one. I knew there was a higher profile one than Enunwa. Yeah what’s going on with this shit? It definitely seems to be closer to being a Douglas thing than it was a Gase thing or a Jets thing. Maybe I’m remembering wrong but I don’t think Bowles had these things going on.
Not to mention the fact that we also passed on Wirfs in favor of Becton, and Wirfs is already one of the best tackles in the league and never gets hurt.
I am not even upset about passing on WR, because we needed an oline first, second, and third when he was drafted. However, seeing Wirfs kick ass for immobile Brady like a brick wall for two years, while Becton can't even get on the field, while having a pretty poor training camp, is a tough pill to swallow.
Becton might be milking his injury and i don't blame him. This team is falling apart. The season is lost. The coaching staff is overwhelmed. Why should he rush back?
If he was smart he would Rush back because he needs the reps. Fant is also playing pretty well and that means Becton might get moved to rt tackle where the $$$ is not as good. I was a Becton supporter but I am starting to lose faith.
