I'd be fine with that..... Mawae has been getting me po'd lately. Besides, by the time the Jets are ready to make a playoff run, Kevin will be soaking up beers and getting fat in the 50th state. I'll take a third round pick for him, no problem. Degory sounds good there.

This thread is misleading. KFFL says that the Dolphins are interested in half of the NFL.

Amen. Degory is bigger, younger and might be a bit nastier. I'm not knocking Mawae, but he played pretty bad this season in an offense that had running schemes to line up and knock over the other guy.

I agree with that every fuckin report is about the Dolphins interested in someone. Well they never get what they want and they never will. Mawae will not be traded. Hell be back next year.

Why are you so sure? He's at the end of his career, and this team will be bad for at least a couple of years. If we can trade him for a draft pick that could bring us our center for the next six years...... I say Bye-bye! Mawae is no Curtis Martin.... he has hung this franchise out to dry with many of his comments over the past year.... we owe this guy NADA.

With all of these "Jets are going to cut Mawae" rumors, he has little trade value, especially with age & money.

We need to make a move on LeCharles Bentley. That kid is the next great center... Maybe we can make a trade with the Saints for LeCharles using Abraham.
