He did as do most Centers but he was GREAT for us and we shouldn't forget that. He's entitled to his opinion, he doesn't play for us anymore so who cares if he could play for rex or not?

I like Mawae. But at this point, he does not have to worry about ever playing for Rex. Mawae is ultra religious from what I remember so perhaps he does not agree with how Rex lives his life. Brunell is as well but seems less judgemental and actually said he likes Rex.
