A lot of people on this board don't agree with you. I really don't know b/c I'm not an expert on these things. His stats are impressive.

Rudolph has great touch on the deep ball and has ideal size. My only concerns about him is that he could be a product of a good system and his velocity. I could see him sneak into the latter part of the first round for that 5 year option

I like Mason Rudolph a lot. I think he needs to sit for a bit though.

Unfortunately a team like New England will grab and stash him for a couple of years.

Or the Jets could land Cousins, and draft a guy like Rudolph to stash and backup for a few years.

From what I am reading (rumors flying) it sounds like Cousins to Minnesota is likely to happen. Nothing is a done deal yet though.

Exactly nothing is a done deal. Time to full court press on Cousins. that's the best move for this team and opens up the draft options quite a bit.

I haven’t watched too much of Rudolph and his flaws are well defined above, but he is responsible for the best single game performance of any QB I’ve seen in this class.

I’ll try to remember which game it is and find it, but I remember watching his film before this season and not being very impressed and then coming across one game and being appalled.
