why not? and in some way, isn't picking a 3rd string qb kind of like picking which girl to hit on at a bar. Its like, "well, if everything goes to plan with these 2 hot chicks, I won't have to hit on fatty over there" but deep down inside you know you have to scout out fatty too, in case you get some bad breaks and it comes down to it. That being said, I think he's better than Brooks Bollinger, and therefore, better than our previous 3rd stringer who saw legitimate playing time. So why not sign him?
I agree. It's not a waste of time to find a 3rd string QB - it's a legitimate need right now. Plus it's not taking time away from searching for other players - I assure you.
