Good post here. Cannizaro has lost it. He always seems to be at a reach for a story. His columns have lost all cred in the last year which is a sure sign of his lack of media skills. Lange on the other hand is balanced and doesn't fly off on sensationalism.
Cannizaro is probably the LEAST pessimistic guy covering the Jets. For that reason he is my favorite beat writers. Sometimes he gets pissed off, but he's human. I would read him over the more pessimistic beat writers like Cimini, Batista (a couple of year's ago she covered the Jets for the NY Times) and Hutchinson. He gets me excited about the Jets, not ticked off.
