    I had that feeling, too.

    For Peyton:
    A) stick it to Irsay twice a year
    B) dome
    C) intimate knowledge of an inferior group of division rivals
    D) reasonably large market
    E) instantly becomes a Super Bowl favorite with a great team in place

    For Houston:
    A) clear upgrade QB
    B) ticket/jersey sales skyrocket
    C) part ways with an overrated choker at quarterback for a well rated choker at quarterback
    D) stick it to Irsay twice a year
    E) get something in return for Shaub from a desperate team

I think both sides would come together to make some major concessions to make this happen.

The guy is damaged goods. I don't think he will be able to play next season

Titans should grab Manning and Wayne and you have a new Super Bowl contender. Release Hassleback and have Locker learn from him for a season or two. I don't get why they publicly denied interest.

Pretty good watch right here btwhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2W0DJEuR4w&feature=youtu.be

Hmm the Seahawks werent in the original running but reports are that might be a landing spot. I still think its going to be the Cardinals.

well word is the main thing Peyton will be asking for is continuity for himself in the form of Garcon or Wayne

Imagine if the Seahawks had Rice/Garcon/Wayne and Peyton?

their defense is underrated. and that division is garbage even if they have to play the 49ers.

Paul Allen is richer than Croesus and really wants a Super Bowl win before he goes. I wouldn't be surprised to see him make Manning an offer he can't refuse.

I also wouldn't be surprised to see Manning take that offer to Stephen Ross and see it matched in Miami.

He won't sign anywhere where he can't win right away..why on earth would he? That eliminates every team in the poll except the Texans and the Jets with an outside chance for Arizona.

If this turned out to be true i'd be much happier going after Shaub then going after Manning.

Schaub isn't exactly a Spring chicken himself.

Peyton can win in Miami in my opinion.

Schaub just got hurt, is older, and we don't have money.

The premise behind bringing in Peyton is he is the best available QB in free agent history. We would have to move so much money to bring in any starting QB. The only one worth considering is Peyton because he is good enough to cover all the flaws we would instantly eliminate ourselves from repairing, at least in FA.

Peyton's not worth it (for us) considering the risk and the dubious return to his level of play.

Exactly, like he does EVERY year. It makes perfect sense for the texans.

You can't get a healthy season out of Schaub. He's Pennington with a strong arm.

Well according to reports from Houston, they are happy with Schaub and the team won't be pursuing Manning.

I just wanted to say he played in 16 in 2 straight seasons before a freak injury to his foot by Haynesworth. It's not like he keeps effing up his throwing arm.

I agree, could see him going back to Pioli, they have a young defense and could sign Garson/Wayne to replace Bowe, they have a good running game with Charles healthy, would make them pretty dangerous

Trying to work out the psychology here. You're visiting 3 places that might employ you and you have the choice of what order to go in.

Do you visit your most likely choice first and then go to the other places to gauge that situation against?

Do you visit your least likely choice first and then go to the places you'd rather be after seeing what the least offers?

Do you just visit based on who calls first and sends the plane?

Personally I would go from least to most, I'm also the type to eat the vegetables and potatoes then the steak. :metal:
