My guess (hope) is that Rupert Murdoch/Fox/NewsCorp continue to subsidize The Post as they've done for almost 45 years. But I'm not sure if his kids feel the same way as the old man. We already lost 1 good sports section in the NYDN. Can't lose The Post, too. Still miss Peter Vecsey. And still can't believe the NYDN ditched Lupica and Bill Madden right before the Mets went to the World Series in 2015 !!!!
If I were the Jets, I would refuse to grant a press pass to anyone from NYDN for a full year like they are on probation, just on general principle. They won't, though. They are so obsessed with good press that they will kiss the next guy's feet.
I say bring back the poster burn in hell Woody who is far more enlightened then present posters about Woody Johnson. Brook is there some procedure to look up his post 10 or so years ago?
