It was a good call because it meant Buffalo having to run another play before the 2:00 warning. I agree that if not for that clock stoppage, Losman probably never drops back to throw another pass in that game. The only reason Jauron decided to do that is because he knew he had a free clock stoppage no matter the outcome of the play.
^^^^:rofl::rofl: but seriously, 99.9% of the 'fans' who are impressed with mouthes like DD's never visit forums like this to find out the truth. ignorance is bliss, especially for DD.
it was a smart call. even besides the fact that it probably encouraged the Bills to pass then (and i agree with you that it did). it saves 6 seconds but also gives the Bills one less play to run time off the clock.
Yeah, I hate timeouts that are taken before the 5:00 mark of the 2nd and 4th quarters. Now, if a team loses a timeout earlier in a half because of a failed challenge, that's a different story.
I agree it was a great timeout, but it was a run blitz ... none expected pass.... thats why it wasn't such a bad play call by the bills
I would KILL for an avatar pic of Walton with his finger up his nose. I wish someone had a screen grab of that. It happened all the time during games!
