The message isn't really anything new but it's still nice to hear. Also seems like the fact that he's so different in terms of how he delivers the message from Herm is going to help him with those who got tired of Herm's analogies and colorful descriptions. Does make you feel like we could be in good hands and even if we're not that at least it won't be for lack of trying. I mean sometimes you have to give people credit just for being willing to try something they think will improve the team even if it doesn't always work out as they planned.
