and eric rewards hard work from the practice squad as well, giving out 4 games balls every game (O,D,ST, and Practice Squad). He constantly praises his players and gives all the credit to them for their hard work. WFAN asked him yesterday if there was a moment after he made the playoffs that he smiled to himself and felt good about making it in his first year as head coach. His answer was he felt good after his first team meeting months ago when his players bought in, played tough, practiced hard, and continue to work at getting better. Not a word about "him being a great coach". Nice answer!
