Madden Release Date: 8/30

Well if more than 5 of us feel like doing it I'll be in. Doesn't seem like we have too many 360 guys on madden.

 

I'll probably be able to play if we start up a league.

Times will have to be flexible though.

Curious to know what CPU difficulty level you all play with?

I just got back into madden after 2006 and am owning in 'Pro', but its a hit or miss situation for me in 'All Pro'. Havent even tested All-Madden.

You all play All-Madden?

Another question on something that happens frequently on 'All Pro'...I throw a pass in a open lane, the WR catches it and it looks good, but for some reason after a hit from a defender the balls comes out and its incomplete.

Should I press a button as soon as the WR catches the ball to protect and hang onto it? On PS3, is it X button? L2 button or something?

 

When I play the computer I always play on All-Madden.

 

Havent tried All-Madden Yet. I usually despise it though as the Computer always finds a way to come back and score on a 15 broken tackle run.

 

Usually all madden just makes the CPU cheat to win. Your teams players all can't do shit while their scrubs will make Ed Reed type plays for ints.

 

It is very difficult this year.

 

Chris Johnson is incredibly cheap on All-Madden. He's really the only player I've had trouble with.

20 carries for 292 yards and 3 scores.

I bet the Eagles are unstoppable too.

 

The problem I face with the eagles is that they tire out your defense so quickly

 

I started on Pro, I always start on Pro, but it was way too damn easy. All-pro is tougher, I still have trouble throwing the ball consistently, but I always have in Madden. Plus, throwing on the run is damn near impossible, so I can't make some throws I used to.

Haven't tried All-Madden yet. Went 14-2 in franchise on all-pro so far, plus a couple other games that I forgot to save.

 

I went 24/32 for 288 yards and 4 TDs and 0 INTs against the Titans on All-Madden with David Carr earlier today.

...made quite a few throws on the run too. I do use hot routes a lot though - I usually call the play, get the line quickly, read the defense, fake hike the ball two or three times, make adjustments, and then fire it to the open man. If no one's open roll out and throw it away.

Clear-outs, quick slants, and screens set things up really well.

What the hell is going on with Plax's body shape? He looks like a mix between the hunchback of Notre Dame and the beast from beauty and the beast.
All the D linemen walk hunched over to the LOS as well.

Sometimes I just cannot get the ball out fast enough, I'm pressing X or whatever target and Sanchez just takes the sack...again!
I'm not on Madden day in day out and am finding aspects of the game quite difficult.
Pro is too easy, but all-Pro is too difficult for me right now

 

My online franchise finall kicks off today, utilizing both my league manger (salary cap purposes) and xtreme-football.net for roster management.

Took 3 weeks, but we're finally a go. The Cowboys owner better be ready for me. Plax is gonna go apeshit....

 

Not many recievers in the game have a god carry rating. The button your looking for is R1. This will tuck the ball in and cover RB style.
