comment about MF and MM......this is true as i can validate they did VERY occasionally socialize together. MF used to defend MM on the show, to a degree, saying on few occasions that he had a plan. after hackenberg failed to pan MF started to get more critical.
Mac was Mr. BPA. He had horrendous scouting acumen so he almost always went with the consensus "best" player regardless of team needs. When you cannot scout to save your life you end up going "BPA" because it covers your ass if the pick doesn't work out. You can always go back and say "yeah I know he wasn't good but everyone thought he was so I didn't really mess up that badly."
