    Spot on. I have, and it wrecked my knee and my senior season. Happened in a pile up and my own guy rolled into me. Legs were strong as hell at that point. No amount of extra training and conditioning would have prevented it. Shit Happens, plain and simple.

    Yeah, I don't honestly think it's just strength and conditioning. A lot of our injuries have been on fluke plays that shouldn't have happened. Sometimes you can't really do all that much, and sometimes you are just unlucky.

    Alosi wasn't here last season and we were fine in the injury department.

    Honest question. How many of you are astronauts with superhuman qualities? Have any of you ever ice skated on the surface of Pluto while snorting blow off the tits of supermodels while your foot was planted? I have. No amount of conditioning can prepare you for that happening.
