Looking towards Next Year

    Alright, looking at the depth chart, there is a lot of work to do in the off season.

    Below is the list of positional needs in my order of importance:

    LB - Inside and outside LB needs to be addressed. The Jets need size and speed players who can cover underneath passes.
    OL - We are getting old at this position. But keep in mind, we set all sorts of franchise offensive records with this line. Tackle then Guard.
    RB - The need is for a healthy player who can provide 800-1000 rushing yards at 220-240 carries. I anticipate Ivory will not be back.
    TE - The Jets did not miss the playoffs because they lacked TE production. That said, they do need a "let's keep them honest", viable, check down option.
    QB - Bill Walsh strategy. Keep drafting QB's every year.
    P - I don't think this needs an explanation. Address outside of draft.
    K - Folk will be a cap casualty. Address kicker outside of draft.
    PR - Kerley will be gone. We need a return man who isn't afraid to actually attempt a run back. This fair catch stuff needs to go.
