What is really funny about this is the OP actually thought the Bills had a chance to break that 17 year playoff drought. Nope, just add another year on to make it 18. Top that off with Bills fans thinking they had their coach of the future in Rex, nope looks like he could be gone. But at least they have their QB of the future right? Nope, wrong again, looks like Taylor may be benched for Cardale Jones. Never thought he would see that $27.5 million in 2017.
Doesn't Buffalo Psycho do this every year? Usually in the offseason though iirc. After a big splash for a washed up player. Bold of him doing it midseason, in October no less! I guess if he does it every year, law of averages says he will be right at least once ...eventually.

Supposedly they were going to fire him after the last game, but players were coming to his defense, since they are not yet mathmatically eliminated. Part of me hopes they win the next game so that Jets can knock them out in the last week.
i know its a rex shit show, but i havent really paid ANY attention to whats going on in buffalo this year. has it gone that far off the tracks that they are ready to send him packing after year 2?
The problem with Rex is he always creates headaches. If he's winning a lot, like he did in his first two years here, you put up with him. But if he's just doing okay, which most coaches can get away with for a few years, you want him gone. Also, funny story regarding your avatar. I checked the Fins forum to see what they're saying about Petty and saw junc has over 30,000 posts there. Mind = blown.
I think Rex is a terrible Head Coach, but Rex's (15-15) record in Buffalo is actually better than Todd Bowles' (14-16) record in New York. Not too sure why he would be out the door while Bowles is considered safe, but that is my luck I guess. The Bills owners were dumb enough to hire Rex in the first place, so I assumed they would be dumb enough to give him 3 years at least. I am sure Rex will go into television, but he belongs coaching a defense as a Defensive Coordinator. One of the best in the business. Head Coach? Not so much.......
i think his bs probably wore out much quicker there than it would or did here. i just figured hey they are still in the thick of things, granted on the outside looking in but still alive. but they probably thought that their team was ready to make a run and they surely have not. rex is the epitome of a .500 coach. its scary that he could even post htat much. i have seen him on the other jets site too but seems to stick to off topic stuff there. college basketball and the like. i still think he may be a bot, i actually conversed with him there and it was like he had no idea who i was. after years and years of going back and forth with him here. then again he could just be that self absorbed.
