I hear that. The play action was hardly used this year, and the underutilization of Leon was rediculous. The fact that they even thought of running a gadget play with Brad Smith while giving Leon 2 touches a game sucks. None of us know what type of say Schottenheimer had with the offense in the large scope of things under Mangini, but there's just so many instances...such as the Raiders and Chiefs game...where this offense just seemed lost. On the other hand, I have to believe he has some sort of ability if Tanny and others around the league are this sold on him.
One more member of a bad CS gone thats how I see it. Cut out the old and bring in the new. Can some team please come in and swoop sutton off his feet so he can get lost as well.
