This I disagree entirely with you. Douglas was not hired because of Gase. And Douglas will be here long after Gase is gone, even when you consider the contracts each of them signed. And if you think Gase and Douglas are equal, then Idk what to tell you. You can call it speculation all you want, but I know damn well Douglas is calling the shots
Falco we can disagree all you want and thats fine by me but the way the Jets are setup both GM and Coach have always answered to the Johnsons. BTW I just listened to Joe Douglas being interviewed on ESPN and he said NOTHING that I did not hear from Dick Steinberg , Terry Bradway, Mike Tannenbaum, John Idzik , and Mike Macagnan if I closed my eyes I heard each of them and they were all losers. I am not impressed with what JD said and he also assured everyone of us that he has zero problem with Gase and I take back what I wrote earlier there is no way Gase gets fired this year and he will be the coach on opening day 2020 even if the Jets lose the next 9 games.
