I cannot stomach it. It's not just a Mets issue. It bothers me even when I'm watching two AL teams play a game and I see some bullpen blow a great performance by the starter. The problem has gotten really, really bad this decade to the point where it is almost making baseball unwatchable for me. The baseball moment I liked most in the 2000s was the 2005 ALCS when the White Sox used 5 pitchers in 5 games (4 complete games).

You need to understand by me making that comment I probably saved my job because I promise you as pissed as I was watching this disgraceful performance tonight something in my office was going to get broken. I was very close to picking up the wastebasket and chucking it down the hall and kicking a hole in the wall. It's just frustrating to watch the best pitcher in baseball continue to get screwed by this shitty bullpen. This is now 4 times Santana has left with the lead to have these assholes blow it.
