We need sacks. Been needing them since around 2005.

Not zero production role player baloney.

Don't get me wrong I like stopping the run & players that really do the dirty work BUT not at a $14.2 million price tag.

For $14.2 million I want sacks lotsa lotsa sacks.

Adam Gase has nothing bad to say about any of his players so take it with a grain of salt. He’s very positive about all his players in front of the media so what matters is who stays and who plays

If he plays well, if he plays better than that under G Williams what, he'll ask for more money and we should let him go? Its like we want good players but dont want to pay what it takes to have good players on the roster.

Imagine thinking Leo is a role player that doesn’t produce.

"3rd among Interior defenders in run stops" sounds great but Snacks Harrison, who we already had here and didn't want to pay, is no.1 in that category 4 years straight.

Harrison will make half of what Leonard Williams will make this season [$7 mill vs. $14 mill for Williams]

    -just a little perspective

    A little more perspective:

Snacks was almost a non-factor when it came to reaching the quarterback. 1.5 sacks, 7 QB hits and 12 TFL in 53 games. Now compare those to what Manish provides for Leo (and add in 17 sacks in 64 games). The production isn’t even remotely close and that’s what everybody is whining about right? Production?

Snacks was a two down player, of course we weren’t going to pay $10 million a year for him like the Giants foolishly did. All your post did was prove how hilariously overpaid Snacks was and is.

Skinny people with bony hips are susceptible to hip injuries

I thought 'cow on ice' was directed at Sam. Turns out it was against Leo ;)

Either Leo has to get traded/walk or these people need to realize he’s a good player. So basically the only hope is for Leo to get traded or he walks next offseason.

It's amazing that you both missed the point and ignored my prior post. But again if I were you, I'd ignore it too.

Snacks, an all time overrated player by Jets fans isnt 1/4 the player that Leo is.
In fact, given the amount of playing time hes had the last 2 years, I doubt hes #1 in and area.

    Weird, he never does that.

Yep, it was a horrendous comparison. And I'm sure all he'll do is complain that you can't handle anyone else's opinion despite the fact your opinion can actually be backed up and his can't.

I didn’t ignore it. Just got nothing else to say. We disagree on Leonard Williams, and that’s ok. You are the one who seems to have a problem with someone disagreeing with you
