I hate wikipedia because of what it represents, but it is already signifying the birth of a hive-mind style of information collection. It's already being claimed as more accurate than Encyclopedia Brittanica. And it's subject matter is not half as limited as the respected publication.
Once, in college, Jared Lorenzen measured his penis and it was 12 inches long. The biggest in the history of the state of Kentucky.
Big mistake giving Leon away. Tanny is getting cocky now. He thinks he can do whatever he want and it will come up roses. I hope I'm wrong, but his hubris could wreck our season. Thomas Jones, Faneca, Leon, all good players and leaders...gone.
 Obvious Wikipedia's greatest asset is also it's greatest weakness, although they have put considerable resources into fact checking and removing mischief edits.
Did you know Yisman is ACTUALLY an editor? Or admin? Something that doesn't pay him and takes up hours of his day. ... Kind of like TGG... ... Fuck...
Which makes it no fun for those of us who occasionally want to assign new mottos to towns like Spivey, KS.
Mottos are great, but you can't forget to educate people on Spivey's forward-thinking approach to sewage treament.
Looks like Leon is going to be playing this season with a stabilizing rod in his surgically repaired leg. Hmmm... for everyone who was complaining so much about trading him, don't you think Tanny and everyone in the front office knew something we didn't? This + rumors he might have to start the season on the PUP list really make the trade look like a no-brainer. Here's the link: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/05/02/leon-washington-will-play-with-rod-in-leg/
The thing they know, and we know to is that Leon is not going to be a Jet after this season. They don’t want to sign him for the money he has been asking for. If anything now. Might as well get what you can. They saw a player that they feel strongly can contribute. They traded up for him. In the past when they felt that strongly about a player it has worked very well.
I hope Leon regains his health and has a long productive career. But management made the right call in the short run, by trading him, and drafting his replacement.
Yeah, the first look at McKnight isn't good, throwing up on the field and dropping passes. I read he also had a hissy fit because they gave him #25 which is Reggie Bush's pro number. Rod or no rod in Leon's leg, I think we fucked up on this one.
No, it was assumed he would have a hissy fit. Instead, he said it wasn't his choice but he wasn't asking for a new number. He's making the best of it. Yes, he showed up in poor shape. That's something the team will deal with, though. It's a big part of why you get these guys in so early for rookie MC. He'll train for the month between minicamps, he'll train between minicamp and TC. He'll be fine by the time TC rolls around. My guess is he moves to the facility Athletes First works with in Irvine, trains with the same people who get Sanchez ready. Again, this guy is a hell of a zone runner. He's going to fit in well here once he's prepared. This is a wake up call, not a death knell.
I think it was With Leather that was reporting that he also hates children and when approached for an autograph kids are getting stabbed with the pen. He's going to have to work on that, stabbing is not good. Maybe he could just puke on them instead.
