I dont like Leinart because of his bad attitude. With his "Were Still the Better Team" comment. I dont want that guy being represented in green and white.
this crap still? How old is he 22? lost the biggest game of his life and 2 seconds later he's getting flooded with reporters. Why the hell would they want to talk to him right away anyway?
Matt would be a good a grab as any you could make in this draft. Jets don't have two 1st rounders- or did I totally miss out on something?
If you're making excuses for him at 22, you'll be making those excuses for him at 30 too. He's gone through 4 years of college and still doesn't have maturity, and we'd be the suckers that he has to learn it with. Reggie Bush is what, 21? There was a world of difference between the two. Probably why nobody is questioning Bush like that, and why Bush has such a stranglehold on the #1 even though he's not a QB. I'm scared, very scared of Leinart. I look at Leinart and see old noodle-arm. I don't see why we need Leinart when we already have noodle arm. I don't know Vince's arm strength, because I've never seen him really throw deeper passes or anything, but I'm told he has a good one. Cutler seems like the safest pick to me. Either take the safe pick, or gamble big time with Young. Leinart seems destined to failure to me in the north east. He'll be a solid QB in warm climates though I think. It's just that...I can't see him ever getting through the playoffs if he has to face teans in cold climates.
Why would Norm Chow take Young over the QB he coached at USC? I think Chow said he'd rather even have Cutler over Young.. (HOOK EM' HORNS!)
Each QB in this draft has a different link to the Titans, it's odd. Young is very close with McNair, Fisher loves Cutler, and Chow and Leinart have a past relationship. Interesting.
Good point. You'd think the HC's choice would override everyone else's though. All 3 could just be smoke-screening though.
