Congrats for the win Poe. Your team dominated second half but Leicester was down 1 man most of second half. Oh well, at least Spurs won against the Man City. I loved loved loved Spurs last night. If they win the league I won't be surprised one bit.

The way fate has it. It wouldnt surprise me if LC falls a little behind and it comes down to Spurs and Gunners on the last game of the year for the title.
    2 bitter rivals

Shades of Peter Schmeichel in his son Kasper in that one. He pulled out some amazing saves to Keep Leicester in it, a shame they couldn't see the game through.

Not at all joe. They fought hard. They were down 1 man. Arsenal played with 11 man and Leicester with 10 man. Even if the blow it from this point on, they can't be called SOL. It's just unfair. I love your memes. Keep 'em coming.

That was a bullshit red card, but it was a great game. Brook, I know you hate Fenerbahce, but do you think they win today? Lokomotiv havent played in a while....

    How old are you Jedabe?

Do you remember the legendary match between Galatasaray and Manchester United in 1993? It was a Champions League qualifier, first leg. Winner would advance to Champions League. At that time only the last 8 teams would form the Champions League.

Here is a clip. My man Arif Erdem huntin Peter Schmeichel from a far distance.

I really have no idea when it comes to their European games since referee is a wild card. In Turkey they get tons of support from referees but in Europe not really sure. Russian mafia is big in Europe so anything can happen. I say stay away from that game.

So my son saw Fiorentia beat Inter Milan 2-1--the winner scored in extra time (I think?)

Said it was awesome but they were sitting in more of the student/tourist section so it wasn't super crazy. He said he and his friends are going to get seats in the Gen Pop for the next game--said they were going CRAZY over there.

I still don't understand the difference between, say, Inter Milan and AC Milan.

Or AC Milan and REAL Madrid.

He's going to Barcelona soon, he's going to try to go to a game there.

I went to Barcelona and it was incredible, best bet is to find a broker on the day of the game, if they are playing someone good though he's going to pay quite a bit for tickets. I paid 80 euros and I was in the "cruising altitude level"

See, your son is smarter than you. If your son really likes football, tell him he can travel to Turkey and go to a Galatasaray game with me. Inter Milan-Fiorentina game will look like a retirement home compared to a home Galatasaray game. Same thing with Barcelona. Those games are like movie theaters. Not much passion.

If your son becomes a Galatasaray fan, I will pay him $100

I don't think he's yet figured out if and/or when he's going to Constantinople.

    Could be in late March.

If you don't believe me, ask Barry the Baptista the super Artista. He will vouch for me. Galatasaray Home games are like a prayer in temple. Watch it man, just watch it.

I'm only 24, so I really just know of Peter Schmeichel through reputation and old highlightclips- thats one hell of a strike tho.

Hey so @Brooklyn what did you think of the Lokomotiv Moscow player ripping off his shirt tonight only to show a t shirt with Putin's face on it in Turkey? I'd venture to guess the fans were none to happy with that....lol

Well, I watched the game live in India last night. Should have said midnight.

I loved loved loved it. Turks think Russians are helping Kurdish people in Syria and hate him. So I love him. I am a big fan of Putin now :D
