    No we don't, and at this point Clemens IS a veteran.

    No he's not. He may be a veteran in terms of being in the league three seasons. But his game experience is definitely not that of a veteran.

    Clemens is not a vet. We don't need an experienced QB for motivation or leadership, but for the ability to play consistently.

    We don't know what Kellen will do in a game and if he struggles there's no guarantee that Ratliff can come in and provide any guaranteed level of play....but a guy like Leftwich is more likely going to give you a predictable performance...

    is there any confirmation that the unnamed team byron was talkin to the Jets.. cause there were some reports saying that it was confirmed that he was tlkin to the Redskins and the Steelers..

    Local paper here in VA says it was the Redskins. Not sure how reliable that is.

    Leftwich is from DC... maybe Snyder needs to sell some PSLs or tickets.

    I dont think Leftwich would be any worse as the steelers QB than Big Ben who I do not rate at all.
