We would definatly need a veteran presence, so i'd consider Leftwich. My first choice would still be Garcia, if he became available.

I live in NE FL, so many of my friends are JAGS fans/season ticket holders.

The Positives & Negatives of Lefty

    Good:
Strong arm*(comes at a price though)
Good teammate, generally a happy guy/joker, good with the media.*
    Tough Guy *(comes at price)
Can pick apart a defense IF given time

    Bad:
Slow/immobile. Statue in the pocket. Takes a pounding
    * Delivery. His strong throws partly come from him winding up like a MLB pitcher. Pass rushers can knock the ball out, and sometimes he can't time the pattern as well, forcing a fastball into coverage.
Injury prone. Always seemed to have an ailment. Got his chance with Atlanta and immediately got hurt there too
    * plays hurt too much. Usually it's an admirable thing, but it has come to the detriment of the team more than once. His arguing over this with Del Rio, eventually led to him being cut loose.
    * Had beefs with the coach and it became public. Gary Coleman was sent packing.

He'd be nothing more than a "stop-gap" type player. Not sure he'd be a good fit, but they could do worse.
