The interview process is definitely going to take a hit. If anyone here has had to switch from in-person hiring to interviewing over Zoom during the pandemic, you know what I'm talking about. I know it's a different thing from corporate hiring to the NFL, but many of the same factors remain. Hiring someone in person means you bring them into a controlled environment and there's a certain psychological advantage to that, which is almost completely lost when the person being interviewed is joining from the comfort of their own home. I have a feeling the personality evaluations from this draft are going to be totally skewed.
