Shady will accept the penalty. It will be reduced to two games, and he'll serve it. And shut up. All this blustering and indignation by the Kraft, and now he lays down and takes it. Remember when he was demanding an apology? Goodell said bend over and get ready for my apology.
You might want to inform the odds makers in Vegas because they have the Jets finishing dead last in the division (again) and the Pats winning it as usual.
what a miserable life. feeling the need to troll a rival team's forum when your bandwagon, flavor-of-the-month, team cheats....
It's not just Brady but the union, too. And Brady has in the past volunteered to let them use his name as a plaintiff in a lawsuit. This could be a show down challenging the Commissioner's power. They don't want him to run the league, because they want to run the league.
Nobody denies the greatness of your franchise under Belichick. But if you asked the average citizen to do a word association test for the New England Patriots. Most of the answers and I'm talking millions wouldn't be : great team. It would be: cheaters.
Pretty sure the odds makers are computers, which probably don't have an input for cheating. Those computers also had you as favorites to beat the Giants...how did that work out for ya? You were fuckin cheating and STILL couldn't win HAHAHA
Kraft didn't cave. He met behind closed doors with Goodell that morning and ironed out a deal. Kraft pays the $1 million, forfeits the draft picks (for now) and goes back to laying in the weeds. Brady gets four games cut down to two (already agreed upon with the Commish). And, the Pats go back to cheating. Cameras, hidden microphones in the opposing locker room, blocking radio transmissions from the opposing sideline, stealing signs, deflating balls...it's all back in play now. To think the Pats are going to suddenly stop cheating is foolishly naïve. They will continue to cheat. Kraft now has another back-room handshake deal with his butt-boy Goodell. Myra continues to do flips in her grave, but Bobby don't care, he's taking four ED pills a day and banging some loose 35 year old wanna-be. Nothing has changed. Carry on.
I think Brady will not get a thing reduced. He will cry and they will produce something that will make him walk away crying
Obviously I have no idea who you are, but the fact that you are trolling on a rival NFL forum, and saying stupid shit makes me think that you are probably a dick. I bet the odds makers would agree with my assumption.
Your team just admitted to cheating for the second time in 8 years. Your team was just punished more heavily than any team in the history of the NFL has ever been punished, beating their old record. Your team has harbored serial cheaters, murderers, thugs, and miserable human beings for the past decade. Your team has never won anything legitimately. Yet here you are trolling. Beat it loser - nobody cares or respects what you have to say.
I fear you are right. if things get too obviously in the Pats favor i hope the leagues fan base gets real angry real quick.
I'm not going to say nothing like that can happen, or be sure it won't, especialy the Pats cheating in the future part. But I think we need not be too conspiratorial in finding an explanation for what happened with Kraftie backing down. First there's the part others have mentioned, that being that Kraftie probably understood he had NO support among the other owners. Not only on the merits, but that they did not see the purpose in him going to federal court against the league. now if some, any of them felt he had a case on the merits, that might well have been different. But they didn't. Think of hte ridiculous claim that Wells and his group were biased. The other owners know there's no reason to think that (even Kraftie applauded Wells's appointment when it was made). But the second reason and the reason why I don't think Kraftie made a deal on Brady is this - the league sees Brady's case as the players union against the league. Sure Kraftie does not want Brady to miss games. But does he, as an owner, want to see the union beat the league? IMo none of the owners including Kraftie want to see some group of lawyers get hired by the union and beat the League up. Imo Kraftie is surrounded by sycophants, and nobody told him these things until he got into a group of other owners, people who are not his "what do you want us to tell you, boss?" hirelings. I think that is what happened, and if I am right then Kraftie did not even want a deal, let alone get one. It's now the union against the league, not and no longer the Pats against the league.
Pretty sad what some in this country have sunken to. When your source of pride is a football team which has cheated every chance they had and every achievement they reached is in question. Any little bit of respect they may have once had is gone, never to be regained. Your joke of a franchise has not earned anything. Just remember that any time you venture outside of the little shit hole you call home up in New England as everyone points and laughs at the P*ts gear you wear knowing that they are all a bunch of cheaters.
You realize how betting odds work, right? The trial balloon just went up. and here it comes.... http://www.nj.com/jets/index.ssf/2015/05/roger_goodell_says_he_wants_to_hear_tom_bradys_sid.html
