    Did he get an operation to fuse the disks? or did he just stretch and rehab the disks back to relative health?

    If the Giants decide to cut him and he'll take veteran's minimum...sure.

    If he's not asking for much or a contract with little to no money up front no reason not to give him a look. Good part is that with anything not likely to happen with him until after March 3, the Jets will have already drafted, and will know if there's still a need at OLB.

    Exactly.

    I have been told by people in the know that Kiwanuka's injury is going to be a long term issue. Still, if he can be had cheaply, he's a nice guy to have around. There are few guys with better upside available.
