should be 4. Mario Williams 29. Bobby Carpenter 35. Nick Mangold that would be sweet but probably won't happen
I truely think Cutler is the best option at the 4 spot. If he went a more televised school like USC or Texas, I think he would easily be dubbed the best QB in the draft He has the arm strength and touch to place balls anywhere along the field, the mobility to extend passing plays for his receivers and the athletic ability to become a dangerous open field runner. He is equally effective throwing the ball inside or outside of the pocket and has the pocket presence and competitive nature only the exceptionally talented possess.
not that big of a difference in picks, but mangold may not be availble, He may not even make it to the 29th pick. I think the best thing to do is go BPA with the second pick.
Biggest Team needs - O-Line... we have a shot at getting the top tackle and center in the draft. If we draft ferguson, and Mangold we will sure up our line for years to come. We don't need a linebacker right now, good linebackers are a dime a dozen in free agency and the draft.
D'Brickshaw and Mangold are expected to be able to start right away. If we took them both it would NOT be a bad thing as we don't even have decent starting caliber players at their respective positions on our current roster. Left Tackle and Center are probably the 2nd and 3rd most important positions on offense, after QB - we have enough draft picks after round one to address all of the other needs we have. But those 2 positions are the ones we are in the most need of starters at.
