You think THAT'S bad? In 1978, SportsIllustrated had Bud Goode's 'computer' (this was before the PC, remember) and/or Paul Zimmerman have the Jets go 1-15 (I think the computer did the actual picks that year and Zimmerman did the commentary. He wasn't as negative as the computer. I remember Zimmerman's closing comment: "Nose tackle Abdul Salaam's name means 'Soldier Of Peace' -- (Walt) Michaels hopes he isn't one." lol). The Jets beat Miami in Week 1 and I remember someone writing in the next week saying he wanted to see the Jets lose 15 in a row to see if Goode's computer would be proven right !
