He's just stating his opinion big deal. Can't handle it? I have an idea, let's ban everyone with an actual clown in their avatar!

What it SOUNDS like is that a kid who was born in Jamaica-- I hope you're sitting down for this-- SMOKED SOME JOINTS. WOW.

Also, when someone came at him with a fucking bat, he defended himself by clocking the bastard in his face so hard that he broke it.

Sounds like a whole load of trouble.:rolleyes:

If you didn't open this thread then you wouldn't know what Eric Mangini would did.

Here's to a 20 year lockout only if K. Ellis faces 20 years in prison! .

Risky pick, but I think our locker room can straighten him out. He appears to be in favor of the run stopping defense that we are known to display.

Hopefully he doesn't mistake Brady for a girl and punch Wilkerson in the face as he's about to destroy him.

    Ban him?
    No!

    School him?
    Yes!

It's obvious that "JoeyJets" seemingly lacks the understanding nor is unable to grasp the true objective of the draft in any sport; that objective being to select the best athlete available - in any given position - upon 1's turn for selection.
In addition, "Jo-Jts" needs to be educated in the historical aspects as to why teams choose to make these so-called "questionable" selections, as well as the criteria/reasoning governing thier choices. A quick case in point/draft study can be learned from Allen Iverson-charged with riot incitement in H.S. facing 15 yrs. Case adjudicated & found in favor of AI's (it was discovered he was not the instigator etc.) drafted by the 6'ers & went on to a modicum of success after being branded as an uncontrollable wild-child. Numerous times teams have concluded a particular athlete's "up-side" outweighed" thier "downside" in determining the benefits providing BOTH positive & disastrous results.
If "Jo-Jets" was an astute follower of the JET decision-making process, he would be comfortable with the Jet choice/gamble of K Ellis; just the same as
the choices made to trade for so-called "malcontents" such as Bray, SanTone, & ACro (& we all know how those 3 "destroyed" the Jet collective)!

    Don't ban "Joey-Jets"; TEACH him!

    "Joey-Jets", THINK b-4 you "speak"!

    Peace my Jet-bruhs!

an article criticizing someone for their illogical conclusions commits nothing but illogical conclusions to criticize him. agreeing with deadspin's asinine conclusions is as stupid as agreeing with Cowherds; neither one makes any sense.

I admire the Jets for trying to beef up the D line. I felt during the AFC Championship game that we let the Steelers just run all over us in the first half. I have a feeling these picks are addressing those holes.

He smoked pot when he was 20 years old and beat the shit out of someone who attacked him with a bat. Geez, sounds like someone I would be proud to call my son-in law. Great picks, we got need and stayed within our board. Damm, did we need some meat upfront. We gotta get some safety help and OLB. Its so great to have Tanny and Rex making our decisions, always feel like they do the right thing. How can anyone criticize them based on their track record and our lack of information. They get the benefit of the doubt... always

sounds like self defense with the assault and hopefully plays out that way.

A good majority of kids have tried pot in their teens so I am not too alarmed about that, he just got caught.

Rex and the team will keep him on the straight path. Two monsters up front drafted in the last two days. I just can't get over how big Ellis is, he is one huge son of gun. It is going to be tough sledding for teams that try to run on the Jets this year.

From the original story, it sounded as though Ellis was protecting a "young lady"--the words of his coach at Hampton, when the altercation happened. Sounds as though not only was he standing up for a female, but he acted in self-defense.

Way to go Dickhead Cimini...why let the facts get in the way of your irresponsible "journalism?" Die in a fire. I hope enough people e-mail your shithead company, I see his tweet been getting flamed in a couple of places...
