    Yes, I've heard that about Billingsley, so figure that JD will have zero interest in him.

    Yes, the prototypical TE for this offense is George Kittle, who is both a great blocker and receiver and has good speed. If we hadn't needed a QB so badly, Pitts would have been a perfect fit. I don't know enough about the TE class this year to speculate how close any of them may be to Kittle in terms of skill/ability.

    Whatever the case, we know that we can't go into next year with Griffin, Kroft and Wesco again at TE. I don't think Griffin will be back. Wesco may not be back, either since he rarely sees the field, but they may keep him as the #3 since he's cheap, but I'd love to see him get the axe. It would be awesome if Yeboah could develop into our #2, but am not gonna hold my breath on that. It won't happen, but I'd love to see all 5 of the top potential FA TEs actually make it to FA. That would give us a better chance to get one.

    I'd love to see a vet FA as our #1 TE, a draft pick as our #2, and Yeboah as our #3.
