I like the NCAA rule on these plays, there is no such thing as a "force out". If he lands in bounds, it's a catch, if he gets pushed out, it's not a catch. If he gets CARRIED out, then it's a catch. I would also like it if the NFL went to the one foot in and he's in. I think this is more consistent, he's either in, or he's out.
