Realistically though, the Jets will probably sign Davis Webb back. Start Falk and go 0-6.

at least no one would wear a T-shirt that upsets people though

I'd sign him. If the contract stipulates he gets guillotined at the 50 yard line

Pretty sure Webb is on the Bills practice squad. I know we had in Tyree Jackson who the Bills signed as an undrafted free agent. I bet we sign either him or Mike White who was cut from the Cowboys after the preseason.

And here is why I would 100% support the Kaepernick signing.

I couldn't care less about his kneeling for the anthem. That's his right. I just don't see him being a significant upgrade over what we have now.

The thing is he really doesn't want to play. He knows he's better off playing the victim and collecting various endorsements.

Gabbert was actually benched for Kap ,Kap finished as the starter and opted out of his contract the next off season.
Not that I want him signed. We need a 2 - 4 week back up.

Even if he would agree to play, can't possibly afford him. Plus Sam will be back in a couple of weeks.

Thank you... Kaepernick never received an offer from any team, that is a lie. Hes been training, and keeping in shape. But I dont think it's a good idea for him to come to the NYJs. Hed be great in Miami.

Because you want to now financially harm the Jets and further alienate the fanbase. Great idea. True fan you are. Why stop there? Maybe have Kaepernick handoff to OJ Simpson and throw quick slante to Rae Carruth?

Huh? You lost me. Did I say Kap received any offers?
I don't think he's an option, nor do I think he should be. Don't think Miami is a good fit either. Well over half their fanbase is Cuban and his wearing the Castro shirt won't be a big hit there.

Simpson and Carruth are too old but they absolutely killed it when they were younger.

Ravens were almost ready to sign him.

Broncos wanted him to take a paycut, but the offer was on the table and HE turned it down.

The only team that didn't formally offer him a contract was Miami and I don't blame them after him showing up to a presser in a Castro shirt.

    Kaep is a clown.
