Waaaahhhh. Any fan could make a similar argument about just about any team. Take a look at the Jets season highlight video and tell me Coles might not have been called for Off. PO in at least 1/2 of the plays you see him in.

    The REAL facts are:

Once again Marty Schotenheimer comes up short when preparing his #1 seeded team in the playoffs. The 14-2 Chargers simply were not prepared and looked like a nervous HS team out there. About a dozen dropped passes, fumbled punts, dumb penalties, and terrible game management are what did the Chargers in yesterday. The Patriots do get favorable calls from the refs and they are lucky. There's a reason for this. The Patriots are GOOD. Good teams make their own luck and the Refs tend to side with the three time champions. I don't think this turns games in NE's favor. Yesterday SD was totally out-coached.

Today, Marty will be fired as he should be. Cam Cameron will replace him as the Chargers don't want to lose him to another team. Look for Marty Schottenheimer to be contacted by the Dolphins (stifled laugh). He's friendly with the Huzeingas and with Capers in place as the DC, Miami may see Marty as a short term solution until a guy they really want such as Bill Cowher or perhaps John Fox becomes available without forcing Miami to give up draft picks. I think Brian Schottenheimer comes up a little short in the experience Miami is looking for....
