Don't act like you'd be any less layered than the rest of us. No one is wearing Arctic gear. It's ski stuff which is entirely appropriate.

I agree. It is completely necessary. I was just busting balls since everyone was talking about their cold gear. If I hurt anyone's feelings.....

To be honest, Im jealous that I can't be there. I would rather freeze my ass off with you guys that watch this game from the comfort of my own home. Unfortunately that just isn't possible....

Some of you dudes are going overboard with the cold gear. Just need an undershirt, a thermal shirt, a hoodie, a jersey. Then boxers, thermal pants, pants. You'll be good to go.

You forgot about the most important part of cold weather clothing. A HAT! Im doubling on the hat thanks to the full face mask im wearing. That plus ski goggles = not one part of my body will be exposed.

Im bringing a jacket (Columbia 2 piece) just in case. But also a garbage bag or two just in case i want to take anything off.

    Leaving now.

I have to respectfully disagree. That would be fine for a little while. 4 hours out in this? You need more for tonight than what you mentioned. I'm putting together a ridiculous looking ensemble right now.

I'm not layering up too much...

Short sleeve T, Long sleeve T, Jets jersey, winter jacket, Jeans, boxers, 2 pairs of socks, Under armour winter hat, under armour gloves.

This isn't enough for a 7 degree game. If you tailgate, you'll be spending up to 7-8 hours outside. A few more layers, coats, hats, and gloves are in order.

Well of course a hat is a given, same with some sort of gloves.

lol go with a Balaclava. [IMG]

Anyway, I went snowboarding in Vermont yesterday. I had an underarmor type shirt, a thermal shirt, another underarmor shirt, a hoodie, a jacket. Boxers, thermal pants, snow pants. Was perfectly fine at the top of the mountain and it was so windy up there that I was being moved by the wind. Temps were probably lower teens as well.

Everyone's tolerance to the cold is different though, so meh.

Bring a piece of "double-folded" corrugated cardboard to place underneath your feet.

Much like having your feet 'burn' when playing hoops underneath a blistering 'cement' floor when it's very hot, keeping your feet from sitting flush for 3 hours against the cold cement of stadium seating (Shea, Jints sta.) will keep yer feet directly off the cold deck. It does make a difference.

just an fyi..... I sure as hell will.
