I know it's not hard to update the rosters, but the updates stopped like last month...so what's the point in waiting until April to do it? I know you can upload the NCAA draft class onto Madden, but once a rookie is edited, there's a glitch in the game where his birthdate changes to 1981, so he's older than a lot of players in the league as a rookie. Plus you'll never be able to get a lot of the players off of injured reserve to start a new season.

There's no point in updating so late when the new game comes out soon after he wants to update...unless he doesn't plan on buying the new game. The new game is ALWAYS an improvement on the 360s.

This is my first season having online, do they stop doing updates when the seasons over? So in april I won't be able to get FA pickups or rookies?

It's already stopped. I think the last update was in mid November, maybe earlier than that.

They aren't going to update anything like rookies or free agents -- there'd be no point in making Madden '09 if they just kept updating every month. I wish they would do that, but they wouldn't make any money.
