I like Chad. I think he did great things for this franchise for most of his career and is a great guy. Unfortunately, lately he just wasn't a good fit for the price he was being paid.

Of course, one of my friends likened the prospect of 08 Chad to the kid with downs syndrome on your kickball team. You like the guy, it's easy to cheer for him, he's always going to give his all, but you still shit yourself every time he comes up to bat late in a close game.
