Not sure if you're serious or not, but I never left dude haha. For 5-7 years or so I just went by NTJATW. Then recently I figured people didn't know what that meant, so I asked to switch it back to week.
Not sure if you read it wrong or not. I just said your username is back. Then suggested I switch back to my old one. Clearly I know you are here.
Yeah i must have, last thing i did before clocking in. What was your old user? NYJ2k.. 2k what? Did you change it every year?
Did you guys notice that starting about a week before the new sequel/prequel/remake/spinoff hits movie theaters, the previous ones show up all over cable? It's gotta be intentional and paid for.
This happens with a lot of movies, a friend works in the programming dept of the station I work at and whenever there is a big budget flick coming out, station families are paid well to air prequels or movies made by the stars in that flick. You may have noticed over the past month or two there have been Schwarzeneggar flicks all over the place since the new Terminator movie is being prepared to release in theatres
Agreed, straight up non stop action film of the summer. I felt like it was a apocalyptic Speed film...A chase all film
Yes. It was great. http://thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=mad_max_hell_yeah Best review of the movie. Contains spoilers.
Saw Jurassic World last night. 7/10. It's got a lot of little nods to the previous 3, which was cool. The ending fight, way to anthropomorphised for my tastes.
I found it a touch contrived with the genetic scrambling gone wrong and raptor-training elements, but it was great fun overall. Definitely better than the previous sequels.
Found a sweet 1080p Rip online. Great quality and sound. Now I can sit back and really enjoy the movie.
I finally saw it and honestly I didn't come away too impressed with the story. I will say this though the special effects are great as everything looks real but the deaths were lame, and I still have no idea why the English girl who we have absolutely no attachment to dies in probably the worst way anyone in the entire franchise has died. That type of death should have fallen on Donofrio or even BD Wong (who escaped of course for the sequel) I found the story slow at times. I hated how the raptors and the T rex came away as the heroes in the end. They're villains, they can be likable but they are still villains at the end of the day. They're not the Soviet fans at the end of Rocky IV who have a change of heart, I mean they are still going to eat everything and anyone in their way except for some reason the T Rex despite not eating anything but a fucking goat the entire movie is just going to walk away.... come on.
