Cmon man, you are just looking at it on the surface. You're right Losman sucks and is less of a threat than Trent Edwards but the Pats weren't losing that game if Jim Kelly was the QB.

I think Wilfork knew the Bills were playing the Jets next week and he thought that Edwards gave them a better shot to beat them than Losman. It is clear by this cheap shot that Wilfork is afraid of the Jets..

I don’t know guys I’m a pat hater but it looked to me like he was totally tweaked when he was falling and tried to throw his arm out to brace himself.

What’s the new strategy around here for the Pats…if we can't beat them – whine them into submission?

This is complete bullshit. Wilfork had no reason to throw his elbow out like that. He was falling down, he wasn't putting his hand out to brace himself, he was throwing his elbow out to blow losman's need out. Typical Pats, cheap shot scumbags.

Tell you what, you go run in a field, let someone tackle you by the ankles, when you fall forward, keep your hands and arms by your side. Maybe it'll knock some sense into you.

i watched it almost frame by frame, #57 takes out wilfork's legs at the ankle, then the RT, i believe #60 comes in from wilfork's left, which spins his body a bit, this causes the forearm he was going to use to keep from smashing face first into the ground to be in front of him instead of to the side, thus the elbow hits losman's knee. maybe he had a shot to pull it back, but he certainly didn't appear to make a concerted effort to hit losman, if he had, he probably could have gotten the shoulder into him with a bit of extra push.

    (fart)

Wilfork's head was turned toward Losman's legs just as he extended the elbow. NFL players develop a physical awareness to adapt to the speed of the game, your logic is flawed and your ill-conceived justification is obvious. You'd be able to stick your nose a little farther in the air if your head wasn't buried up your midsection.

 He was in the process of being tackled to the ground! If YOu were falling down, of course, I know YOU wouldn't turn to look to see where you were heading...no...of course not.

    That's a pretty lame analysis.

It's a waste of analysis on someone who justifies so readily. Tell me, is it like a red, blue and silver wind tunnel inside Billy B's rectum?
