his stats were not good but he was good most of that season. his #s were skewed by 3-4 terrible games but overall played well including playing very well in postseason. Geno's #s were bad and he played bad the majority of that season.
I agree, I think he was significantly better. if Mark in '09 played like Geno '13 there's no way we make the title game, there's also no way we make the playoffs.
The 17-32 record is bad, the split between 6 teams is worse. I'm not surprised at Rex doing stuff like this, useless.
Of course you have the "great Tom Brady" who Kraft says is like his own son. Well yeah if your father goes on TV the week of the Super Bowl and tells everyone that if you didn't agree to a salary cut (which was way under salaries of franchise Qbs) he would have cut you. Thanks Dad, I needed that.
http://xfinity.comcast.net/articles/sports-nfl/20150228/20150227190403332764708/ Browns agree to terms with quarterback Josh McCown By TOM WITHERS, AP Sat Feb 28, 12:30 AM UTC The Browns have agreed to terms with veteran quarterback Josh McCown on a contract. McCown, who went 1-10 as Tampa Bay's starter last season, reached agreement with Cleveland on Friday. The 35-year-old had also been in contract talks with the Buffalo Bills. McCown's signing likely means the Browns will not re-sign Brian Hoyer, who won 10 games for them the past two seasons and is poised to become a free agent next month. Hoyer made 13 starts last season before he was benched in favor of rookie Johnny Manziel. It's not clear if the Browns view McCown as their starter for next season or as a mentor for a young quarterback like Manziel or any QB they may select in the NFL draft. Manziel entered a rehab facility last month. McCown previously worked with new Browns offensive coordinator John DeFilippo in Oakland. Copyright 2015 STATS LLC
Cleveland is a typical landing spot for McCown. Another 3 years of mediocrity for them. Its scary to me how average you can be at QB and still keep getting contracts because of the below average crop we've had come out of the last 10 drafts or so.
idk... I think Green Bay is probably pretty satisfied with Aaron Rodgers. They might want Mark Sanchez to run the ship though, you could be right.
I know you struggle w/ basic reading comprehension so I will be kind to you. The poster was saying he'd rather have Sanchez than Josh McCown, thanks for your time.
well obviously Cleveland disagrees with you. If they preferred Sanchez to McCown they would've waited and signed him. So not anyone, anyone besides Cleveland maybe
yep, wait and try to sign a guy you may not be able to or be proactive and get a vet in. That would make sense.
