What prompted this? Not that it's ever a bad sentiment, but did they do something else to be castigated for that I missed?
I was a season ticket holder last year. I called Jets season ticket rep a while ago to tell them I wouldn’t renew my tix. Yet I received an email today that made me sentimental. I just dreamed Jets with a different ownership that’s all
Beware the "sentimentality trap", where you exaggerate how good things used to be, when the reality is they never were. I agree that the Jets will likely never be a winning organization until new owners who know how to build such a team come in. My only hope right now is that Douglas can be as good as his resume says he can be. We should find out over the next few months if that hope is valid or just another pipe dream up in smoke.
Your time could be more productfully spent by calling Jeff Bezos to convince him to buy the team than calling the Jets...for anything.
