First of all-Clemmons will not start a game this season unless both Ramsey and Pennington goes down because in his first year the last thing Mangini wants to do is to look like hes playing for next year-second, the Jets will have an OPEN competition that Pennington will be included in for the starting QB spot, and if hes ready-which Dr. Andrews says he will be by training camp-then to say there is a 99.5% chance of Ramsey starting opening day is obsurd.
Pennington went out in what week 4 (or around there). Brees went out the final week of the season and has a more serious injury a torn labrum. I know its penny's 2nd injury but how is Brees more likely to be ready opening day?
or Culpepper and Palmer who tore multiple parts of their knees? they both say they "aren't as bad as they seemed" but both could've been career enders...
No possibility. We Jets fans.....what a bunch of maroons! Clemens goes from unknown to savior in 4 weeks. Testaverde is brought back from the dead and and crowned King for 2 weeks. Brad Smith? Untapped gold! Pennington will regenerate living tissue and his shoulder will be better than 2003! Ramsey will show Gibbs and Spurrier what a big damn mistake they made, by God. Final 2 words...........Bollinger starts.
Oh yea of little faith. I'm a big believer in reminding people of what they said at embarrassing moments:rofl: Thank you Pennington.
