I'm referring to Namath's general negative outlook on the team. He's been at it for years, and has ego problems. I'm tired of him being the only QB to win a SB with the Jets, and constantly throwing his weight around because of it. Sanchez getting a ring will humble him a bit.
No it wont. Joe Namath is and was the only franchise QB and face the NYJETS. His words of encouragement and wisdom are usually criticized by those in denial about this team. Those here hating and knocking Joe, get a clue.
