.. His 2020 draft class seems more like a draft under Mac ... and frankly is panning out that way.

B+. He has gotten many good players for this roster, including from UDFA, the draft, the waiver wire and free agency. In addition, the culture is improving b/c of Douglas.
The 2021 draft is looking fantastic at this point.

The only point I disagree with you is firing Douglas if we don't hit 8 wins next year. I agree that we should win at least 7-8 games to hold back criticism pf Douglas, but do you really want to fire him and start all over? Of course if they have another 3-4 win season, then I would agree at that point a change needs to be made, but I sure don't want to go back to square 1 because I do think they've made more progress than they have in decades.

I'm not even sure what that has to do with the question tbh?

His 2020 draft is horrible but again I would suggest that the fact he likes to involve his HC in decisions on draft picks, I guess we can apportion more blame on the worst coach ever in Gase

Edit I see what you have done now and answered in the quote which didn't show up very clearly.

The later rounds should be used for depth and ST's, not conversion projects. It's the one nitpick I believe the 2021 class.

If we don’t win 7-8 games next year then the 2021 class likely didn’t improve and the 2022 class made very little impact.

I’m done with the patience thing. NFL franchises are fixing themselves quickly with new GM/coach/QB combinations and if they don’t they end up like the Jets, Lions, Giants, Jags, etc. have been for the better half of this decade.

8 wins is still a bad season with a lot of losses. It’s not some lofty expectation.

We've made more progress than we have in decades?

Frigging Gase won more games his first season here than JD has won after two years of full control. Whats your idea of progress - is it hidden progress?

Technically, the results would say otherwise.

I'll give the guy a B-. He had an above average draft compared to the rest of the league.

His free agency moves lack for sure. It's tough when you take over a team with expansion team talent but it would be nice if he hit a little more there.

Next year is the big year for me with him. He needs to hit another draft out of the park and he needs to hit free agency with all that money. And for the record I think he does.

We doubled the wins from last season. Let's double them again next season.

We need to win at least 8 or 9 games next year. Anything less would be a disappointment.

Even if they won 8 games this season they still woulda finished in last place. The team in our division who finished in 3rd place & 5 games ahead of us was disappointed and fired their coach. So freakin far away its sad

That team that finished 3rd and fired their head coach has worse ownership than the NYJ. Do you agree with their decision?

I don't know about worse ownership, but it was a baffling move. But, it appears he wasn't enamored with Tua.

The best thing you can say about Stephen Ross is that Woody is (probably) worse.

Yeah, with all the veteran kickers available, why did Douglas go into the season with a rookie free agent kicker? And why did he replace him with another rookie free agernt kicker (for one game)? And why is the rookie kicker who failed resigned to the practice squad and now a futures contract? You can always pick up a kicker, Joe.

Pretty Disappointing with only one decent draft class but unsolved issues remaining

Our Defense is pourous trash..the OL just mediocre .WR ?? (Berrios a Gift).. At least Wilson has shown flashes albeit inconsistently

Solid C- ....instead of D out of respect for NCs opinion for him come 2022 Draft Day

D-. The exact same grade I gave his crown jewel draft pick.
