I agree with you. We have to see what Douglas has in mind for this team. Bottom line is I hope he gives us a sustain winning advantage. How great would it be to see the Jets in the playoffs every year. The only hiccup I have is with Gase. I'm not onboard yet with his coaching. I did like how the Jets offense was getting on teams early. But then you had that Cinncinatti game where the entire team was flat against a back up QB.
Yeah, I doubt they'll become consistent winners with Gase as HC. The only thing consistent with him is losing.
Im not crazy about Gase either but I will say it’s nice to see us finally have a GM that will get guys to compliment the coach. So I’ll give gase a small leash for this year but IMO Douglas will be the lifeline of this team for years to come.
I sure hope so. The Jets need some stability in their front office. If Douglas runs off then we know fo sure its the Johnson's that are the problem.
