No experience but: http://www.gazettenet.com/home/3725346-95/griffin-shanahan-game-season "Griffin tore his ACL while playing for Baylor in 2009, and Shanahan said that old injury caused Griffin’s latest MRI to prove inconclusive and produce “differences of opinion” in those who have looked at it. " http://atlantablackstar.com/2012/11/14/steelersbyronleftwichtostartforinjuredbenroethlisberger/ "At his news conference Tuesday, coach Mike Tomlin called Pittsburgh’s franchise quarterback “questionable” but otherwise offered little detail. An MRI was inconclusive on the extent of Roethlisberger’s injury, leaving to call it a shoulder sprain. He was pounded into the ground by Chiefs linebackers Tamba Hall and Justin Houston Monday night." Roethlisberger ended up having a sprained shoulder and a dislocated rib, and was out for awhile from game 9 to game 13. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/...er-injury-shoulder-ravens-pain_n_2213266.html
If you watch the replay he didn't grab the should in a way you would think dislocation or tear. He went under his arm to the side of his pec. I have torn both rotator cuffs and when you do it you grab your should not your chest, Now on the sideline he was feeling the side and front of his shoulder which could have been him testing things out. See if he had any obvious pain in an area of a tear/concern.
An inconclusive MRI is not a good thing. It could mean that the swelling is so bad that they cannot actually see what is damaged, or see damage but unsure whether it is new or old. Plus the Jets could just be buying time with what they are saying about the injury and more info will come out later. Hopefully Geno starts either way, there is no upside to Sanchez playing at all.
we should definitely sign Beck, being that his most famous song is " I'm a loser baby, so why don't you kill me..."
